It was released on 29 April 1989 in Pakistan. Long ago, Phool Aur Angaar give shelter to the creature in the swamp. Later it comes to the house of Sawan Kumar (Mehmood) who is a blind boy. It opens their eyes along with his eyes. Phool Aur Angaar story is all about Surjo Singh who used to work in lawyer Phool aur Angar family. Surjo Singh was killed because sawan kumar has not given money due to him by his father's advice. Sawan Kumar has believed Surjo singh's words and started working in her house. Later on, Sawan Kumar got married to the daughter of Phool Aur Angaar. Both of them were happy together. But there was one creature living in the village of sawan kumar. It did some kind of magic which made Sawan Kumar lose his eyesight. Later on, Sawan Kumar gave birth to a baby girl. She saw her father suffering and came to know that he has lost his eyesight because of her fiancee's brother's(Surjo Singh) mistake. She left him and went somewhere else with her daughter The movie story revolves around Phool aur Angaar family who gave shelter to the poor people in their house. The main character of this film is "Sawan Kumar". He is the only son of blind parents. He has believed Surjo Singh who works in Phool aur Angaar house. He had promised her father to give back the money he takes from him. But later on, he realised that Surjo Singh had taken money from his father on his wife's advice. He then left his house and started living with Phool aur Angaar family. Later on, he got married to Phool Aur Angaar family's daughter Pari . The couple were very happy together. The creature appears again in front of Pari and she gets frightened. She goes to her home without telling him anything. Pari finds out that her house is ruined because of the creature. Pari then finds out that the creature is Surjo Singh's brother. She finds out that Surjo Singh had not given back the money he took from Sawan Kumar's father on his wife's advice, thus leading to the death of Sawan Kumar. Pari gets furious on Surjo Singh and leaves him. Thereafter she starts loving her fiance Ajay(Tariq) more than before.
